Getting started with Matcha Match

A growing web app for Asian dating and friendships. You can join with Google — no invitation code needed.

For adults aged 18 and over. The community is still small. Available people vary by location and preferences, and a match or reply is not guaranteed.

1. Open the registration page

Use the button below to open the web app. You do not need to download a mobile app. Choose Google to sign in.

2. Finish your profile

Work through the questions, confirm your age and read the terms before accepting them. Add your preferred name, gender, city and who you want to see. Upload at least one photo. Check your answers before finishing; you can go back to correct them.

You can choose friendship or dating according to what you want. A coupon is optional and is entered after your profile is complete. You do not need a coupon to start registration.

3. Explore at your pace

Browse the people available for your settings. A like expresses interest; a mutual like creates a match. In a match between a woman and a man, the woman sends the first message. This does not guarantee a conversation or make every interaction safe.

Already started registering?

Use the same Google account you used before. Signing in with another account can create a separate profile. If your original profile is incomplete, continue setting it up.

Seeing only a few people?

This is a growing community. Check your Show Me settings and your profile details. Location, activity and both people’s preferences affect which profiles are available. Only choose settings you are comfortable with.

If something goes wrong

Note which step you reached and the error text. Use the app’s support or feedback option where available. Do not share your password, login code or private account information in a public comment.
